Kevin Taylor - Construction Operations Manager

Kevin joined the Powers team in August, 2004, bringing with him over 25 years of operations management experience in the construction industry. His career has been largely focused on specialty subcontracting in the arena of glass curtainwall and exterior wall panel systems, and he was originally brought on board at Powers to manage our dry-joint wall system projects.

It was quickly determined that his talents could also be utilized in a broader operational management capacity, and to this end, he became our Construction Operations Manager in March, 2005. In this role, Kevin oversees all of our construction operations, working closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to evaluate project risks and allocate the necessary labor, equipment, and other resources to successfully complete each project. He also serves as the Safety Director for the company.
